Current Information for Athlete Groups Participating in the 20th Winter Deaflympics Games

 

Dear Athlete Groups,

 

We are thrilled to share important information with you regarding your participation in the eagerly anticipated 20th Winter Deaflympics Games:

 

  1. As TOC (Turkiye Organization Committee), we kindly request you to share the anthems and flags of your countries in both vertical and horizontal formats with us at ‘info@winterdeaflympics2023.com’ email adress. This information will be used for the medal ceremony.

 

  1. We would be delighted if you could share the photos of your athletes and their training sessions that you would like to be posted on our official social media account.

 

  1. Together with your accreditation cards, we will provide you with laundry bags. Please ensure that your soiled laundry is placed inside these bags for washing. The laundry service fee for each bag (regardless of the amount of laundry inside) is set at 2 euros/dollars at all hotels. The bags, handed over to the hotel reception or the designated laundry collection point, will be returned to you within 24 hours. To avoid any mix-up, kindly write your room numbers on the laundry bags.

 

  1. In our country, some places also have Type E plugs and sockets. Type E plugs and sockets support a current intensity of up to 16 amperes and operate within the voltage range of 220 to 240 volts. The official designation for plugs and sockets of this type is CEE 7/4.

  1. Ski passes will be prepared for the groups identified in the OMS system for alpine skiing and snowboarding disciplines. Ski passes will be provided with a deposit of 50 dollars/euros each. Please have 50 dollars/euros per person ready when collecting your accreditation card.

 

  1. All payments made for the organization will be accepted in euros or dollars and will be evaluated at an equal exchange rate. There is no difference.

 

  1. A phone SIM card will not be provided by the organization. For this, you can purchase a SIM card by using your passport from the phone service booth set up in the city or at the OC center. The SIM card is priced at 600 Turkish liras for foreign nationals, and you can load your preferred package onto the card.

Heyecanla beklenen 20. Kış Deaflympics Oyunları’na katılımınız için önemli bilgileri sizinle paylaşıyoruz:

 

  1. TOC olarak hata yapmamız için madalya töreninde kullanmak için Ülke marş ve bayraklarınızın dikey ve yatay olarak info@winterdeaflympics2023.com adresi ile paylaşabilirsiniz.

 

  1. Ek olarak resmi sosyal media hesabımızda paylaşmasını istediğiniz sporcularınız ve antrenman fotografları var ise mutlukuk duyarız.

 

  1. Akreditasyon kartları ile beraber size çamaşır filesi vereceğiz.Kirli çamaşırlarınızı bu filelerin içine koyarak yıkanacaktır. Tüm otellerde bir file çamaşır (file içerisindeki çamaşır miktarına bakmaksızın) 2 euro / dolar olarak belirlenmiştir. Otel resepsiyonuna ya da otelde belirlenen çamaşır Kabul masasına teslim ettiğiniz fileler 24 saat sonra size tekrar teslim edilecektir. Sporcu filelerin birbiri ile karışmaması için file üzerlerine oda numaralarınızı yazmanızı rica ediyoruz.

 

  1. Ülkemizde de bazı yerlerde E tipi fiş ve prizler bulunuyor. E tip fiş ve prizler 16 Ampere kadar olan akım şiddetini destekliyor ve 220 – 240 Volt arasında çalışıyor. Bu tipteki fiş ve prizlerin resmi ismi ise CEE 7/4 olarak geçiyor.

  1. Alp kayağı ve Snowboard branşaları için gelen kafilelerin OMS sisteminde belirlenen kafileler için skipass hazırlanacaktır. Skipasslar 50dolar/euro depozito karşılığında verilecektir. Akretidasyon kartı teslim alırken lütfen kişi başına 50 dolar/euronuzu hazır edin.

 

 

  1. Organizasyona yapılacak tüm ödemeler euro ve dolar olarak Kabul edilip eşit kur üzerinden değerlendirilecektir. Bir fark yoktur.

 

  1. Telefon sim kartı organizasyon tarafından verilmeyecektir. Bunun için şehir de ya da OC merkezde kurulan telefon kurum standından pasaportunuzu göstererek sim kartı satin alabilirsiniz. Sim kart yabancı uyruklu kişiler için 600tl olup. Üzerine istediğiniz paketi yükletebilirsiniz.
